To request your transcript, please email the Secondary School Counselor, Lindsay Linck, at llinck@ntredhawks.org. During the summer, please call the main office at 319-478-2265.

When you make your request, please include your year of graduation, your full name at the time of graduation, and the location where the transcripts should be sent.

Students who need a transcript for a college application, military recruiter, or scholarship application can use the form below to submit a request to Secondary School Counselor, Lindsay Linck. Requests are handled as quickly as possible. You must be logged in with your North Tama Google Account.
