EARLY OUT WEDNESDAYS
On May 5, 12, 19 and 26, dismissal time will be at 2:20 pm.

 

SCHOOL IN SESSION
There will be school on Friday, May 7. This is a snow make up day.

 

SPRING CONCERT
The Spring Band Concert for Grades 5th-8th  will be held on Monday, May 10, at 7:00 pm in the gymnasium. There is no charge for this concert.

 

ELEMENTARY ART SHOW
The Elementary Art Show will be held on  Monday, May 10 from 5-8 pm in the Multi-Purpose Room. Parents of band students can come before and after the Spring Concert. Parents of students that are not in band, can view the show at any time.

 

RETURN LIBRARY BOOKS
The last week of elementary library will be May 10-14. All library books need to be returned that week. Any books not returned will be entered as “Lost” and the student will be responsible for the replacement cost.

 

NT PTO
On Wednesday, May 12, please join North Tama’s PTO via Google Meet at 7 pm for their monthly meeting. Exciting things are being done by this awesome group!

 

SCHOOL BOARD MEETING
The next school board meeting will be held on Monday, May 17, at 7:00 pm in the Junior High Commons.

 

STATE CAPITOL DAY TRIP
6th & 7th grades will be traveling to Des Moines on Thursday, May 20. They will tour the Capitol building.

 

ADVENTURELAND BOUND
All students that have participated in Safety Patrol will be going to Adventureland on Monday, May 24.

 

NORTH TAMA FIELD DAY
This new event will be held for all students K-6th during the days of Monday, May 24 and Tuesday, May 25. There will be no spectators for this new event. Kindergarten, First, and Second grade will be on Monday. Third-Sixth will be on Tuesday. All students will participate by demonstrating the PE skills that they have learned this year!

 

LAST DAY OF PRESCHOOL
The last day of 4 year old preschool will be on Thursday, May 27.

 

EARLY DISMISSAL ON LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
The students‘ last day of school will be on Friday, May 28. Elementary students will be dismissed at 1:00 pm on this day.
